Overview

The studio’s partners were spending Friday afternoons writing status emails. Clients still felt out of the loop, and files lived in three different services.

The system we built

A client portal with per-project timelines, milestone approvals, file delivery, and a comment thread that replaces the email chain. Each client sees only their own work.
