Our business was founded by Ralph Durham following his 20 years of service in the Air Force. Over the decades, the company has become a family legacy, with three generations currently helping with everyday operations. Someday, we hope to have four generations participating.
Durham & Sons is a customer-focused heating, air conditioning, and electrical company that has served Brevard County since 1975. We employ highly trained people whose goal is to make our company the best service company in Brevard County.

Ralph Durham begins 20 years of service in the United States Air Force.
1975
Durham & Sons opens in Melbourne, bringing Air Force discipline to home comfort.
1999
Named a Trane Comfort Specialist at the program’s inception, a title held ever since.
Today
Three generations of Durhams run everyday operations, working toward a fourth.
