Overview
In-store sales lived in the POS, online sales in the webstore, and the books in accounting software, reconciled by hand, wrong by hundreds monthly.
The system we built
A sync service connecting POS, e-commerce, and accounting: inventory levels update everywhere within minutes, and every sale posts to the ledger categorized correctly.
Results
- Inventory counts agree across channels
- Manual reconciliation eliminated
- Books close days earlier each month
