Five people. One room at a time.

Why the spine.

The brain runs every system in the body, and it talks to those systems down the spinal cord and out through the nerves. The spine is twenty-four movable vertebrae whose job is to protect that pathway.

Pressure interrupts the signalA spine that is not looked after can put pressure on the nerve system instead of protecting it, and that interrupts the flow of information between brain and body.
Health is more than no symptomsA state of optimal physical, mental and social well-being, not merely the absence of disease. Every part has to be working for the whole to work.
Practise with handsChiropractic literally means to practise with the hands, which is how most chiropractors still work today. D.D. Palmer gave the first adjustment in 1895.

Adapted from the practice’s own explanation of chiropractic.
