Erik Costin joined W+J Construction in 2004 and over the next 10 years performed each position within the company. In 2013 he was named Vice President and Operations Manager, and on June 1, 2024 he became President and full owner of W+J.

Erik holds his own Florida General Contractor’s license and has a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law from Lasell University. “Customer service is a big part of W+J’s culture, but its foundation is the way we treat our employees, so they will in turn build lasting connections with our clients.”

In the industry since 1986, from the trenches to owning his own construction company in California, Steve leads the preconstruction phase of every W+J project: planning, budgeting, and project development. He evaluates every bid for value and compliance, then works with clients and their design teams to bring projects into budget and to contract.

Rick began his construction career on projects for the Panama Canal Commission, DOD, and Army Corps of Engineers. After moving to Rockledge in 1998 he built projects across Florida, joined W+J as a superintendent in 2013 working at Port Canaveral and SpaceX, and became VP of Construction in 2020.

“Construction is cool” is Shelley’s favorite saying. As Corporate Secretary and Office Manager she provides high-level administrative leadership, oversees all Human Resources functions, and coordinates RFQ and RFP responses.

In corporate management and accounting since 1990, including over 7 years in public accounting, Sheryl is responsible for contracts, accounting, auditing, financial statement preparation, payroll, and tax preparation.

Over 25 years of construction experience including 14 years on government projects for NASA, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, and Patrick Air Force Station. A Florida State Certified General Contractor since 2007, Brian was promoted to General Superintendent in 2026 to strengthen the connection between the field and the office.
